"The location I went to had pretty much just opened and I saw that they carried Shoei. I was wanting to try on the Neotec or Neotec II. The guy who helped me was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I ended up with the Neotec II and about a week later, had an issue with my Pinlock shield. They swooped it out no issues. Then, about a month later, I was getting fogging again. Stopped in and discussed the issue. The bottom of the gasket wasn't sealing to the outer shield. Again, they swapped it out with no problem. I've since made other purchases from them and just stop in to browse about twice a month when I'm on that side of town."
