"WENT TO SHOP FOR A VEST AND THEY HAD ONE IN MY SIZE!!! DID NOT HAVE A GREAT SELECTION EVEN THOUGH IT'S SUMMER...HAD TO ORDER A COUPLE OF DENIM FROM AMAZON...WOULD RATHER SUPPORT CYCLE GEAR BUT WITH THE LIMITED SELECTION I DID NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION"
"Came in to kill some time
Browsing through parts and found some mirrors that were nice but only had what seemed to be only right sided mirrors.
The sales dude came over to ask if I had any questions. He then took the mirrors out of the box to show that they were actually universal.
He also took me outside to my bike to make sure they fit . Above and beyond expectations!
I highly recommend this shop to all riders ."
"Nice guys there, but tire mounting is beyond them. Bought two tires, couldn't mount the rear because they said bead wouldn't set? Never called me to update never offered to order something else, very poor customer service. "
"Took my girlfriend for her first helmet/jacket and the staff was very friendly and informative. We found a helmet right away she liked but it took a bit for the jackets due to her trying them on. They didn't have xs in most brands but she found one she liked. My only issue is that only 6 people are allowed in at a time so the line at times can be rather frustrating to wait in. We felt a little rushed and I had to go back later and wait in line but other then that no complaints. "
"My experience in the store was good. However, it really irritates me when their website shows something at a lower price—with free shipping even, but the store price is actually more. "
"My boyfriend and I are in the process of rebuilding a scrambler. Karl was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of what parts I needed for tires and brake rebuilding. As a new female rider it is intimidating going into a new hobby with no clue of what I’m doing. I felt welcomed and not discriminated against."
"If you sell batteries but not including the required acid, let people know before they drive across town and then find non in the box."
"We went looking for a helmet for my daughter. First street legal one she has ever had. The salesman was friendly, helpful and got us a great helmet. He fitted her and found a color she wanted. "
"Cycle gear is definitely the place to shop for all you motorcycle gear, the prices are very fair, and the staff guys seem really knowledgeable in their job "
"You removed the pin up girl stickers! Now my new Ninja 650 will not get to wear pin up girls on her windscreen the way my Ninja 300, 500, and Harley Sportster did. "
"I didn’t use your service? What is this?"
"The guys at Cyclegear are always really nice and helpful, and their products are nice. That being said, the last two times I had them mount tires on my bikes were a disaster! The first time was the rear tire on my road bike which i had to bring back 4 times because it kept going flat. It was a tubeless tire that I had bought from them. after the 5th time going flat they replaced the brand new tire with another one which worked fine. okay, i guess it was a fluke but that shouldve been figured out after the second or third time it went flat! A weeek ago i had them install brand new tires for my dualsport. I was told I had to buy new tubes even though mine were relatively new. I paid $117 to have the two tires mounted. took them home and put them on the bike. Went to go for a ride several days later and the front was flat. Ended up taking the tire to another shop thats not a 40 minute drive from my house and they mounted the same tire with a new tube for only $40. this shop told me the reason my tire went flat was due to the tube being pinched during installation. I get that mistakes happen but its a huge pain to have to mount and un-mount the wheels on my bikes due to poor service"
"It's always awesome to go in, get what you need and shoot the breeze with the employees. It's like a family moto store which is super cool."
"Went in for the first time, very helpful staff. Definitely need more dual sport gear though. "
"Very friendly and helpful. I love shopping here. "
