"I bought a House Brand (Bilt) Modular helmet and a Sena 10s Bluetooth system. The sole employee was busy with several customers but was able to make informed recommendations on what the bluetooth models do. Therefore, I was able to choose the one I wanted based on the options that it has. He seemed as though he could have used help, but was very courteous and even installed the system onto my new helmet for me and helped me set it up. If you are in a hurry and they are busy, it might be an issue, but I had time and I had a good experience."
