"Franky knows his stuff. I was looking for a mesh jacket, and Franky recommended a snug fit. I am glad I went with his suggestion. I also bought a Sena headset there, and Franky installed it. They have a huge selection of helmets and a fairly good range of other gear. I got some riding jeans and shoes, and their prices are comparable to online vendors. However, the selection of bike accessories is limited, which is understandable since most bike parts are model-specific."

Store manager first refused to exchange, then stalled me for 40 minutes (I was the only customer in the store), and finally only exchanged it because I agreed to buy an expensive phone holder. "I bought gloves a few years back and was told they had a lifetime warranty l. I returned them once due to wear and tear. I was going to replace a second pair due to wear and tear and I was told they don’t have the warranty without a receipt. I bought them over five years ago. Frankie (the manager) was no help so I had to call corporate. I explained the situation and was able to get another pair but I was told it was the last pair they would be able to replace. I guess from now on I’ll keep my receipts forever. I’ve always had good experience with cycle gear. I’d consider this a learning experience. Thanks for the help Dave with corporate. Frankie, a little customer service training wouldn’t be a bad thing. "
