"I purchased a new tire and mounting. When I was reinstalling the the wheel I found that the wheel spacers were not returned to me. I called the store and the person on the phone said he found my spacers and they would be at the register for me to pick up. When I returned, I explained to the person at the counter why I was there and, unfortunately for me, the phone rang and he wandered off to search for whatever the caller wanted. When he returned after helping the caller, he determined that my spacers were not at the counter, and nobody else in the store had any idea what I was talking about. He did find some spacers in the back that night be mine. I couldn't be certain because I brought them the complete wheel assembly - I hadn't separately examined the spacers. After returning home and trying t install my wheel with the found the spacers, the found spacers they gave me were definitely not mine. So at least two customers are missing spacers. I'm giving up on Cycle Gear finding my wheel spacers and buying replacements from the dealer. Just to add insult to injury, of course it's perfect riding weather."

"I ordered a rear tire at the store before Christmas. I specifically ordered a dual sport tire; the store did not have one in stock so we ordered it to be shipped to the store. The salesman knew I needed the dual sport and not the off road tire they had in stock. I was told that it would be about $20 to install it.

So when the tire came in, it was an off road tire. I was given the choice to either take the off road tire or order a dual sport tire and pay more money. I decided to take the off road tire.
When I brought the wheel in to have it installed, I was told it would be $59. Needless to say, I am not happy at all with Cycle Gear and will not be shopping there again.
