After being directed to some helmets and trying on all that didn't fit, I discovered she sent us to the kids section. When we asked where the helmets were a she pointed again, I let him know they were kids helmets and his response was “oh”.

"Very poor attitude and everybody who was working acted like I was going to steal something, they were just about rude even after I spent about $700.? I used to be a every day customer, I worked on other people's motorcycles and bought parts from cycle gear when they were located on Rosedale Hwy in the center of Bakersfield California. But the only time I go into the store is when I can't get the parts somewhere else. The only female in the store was right next to me in the battery section and refused to help me. I had to walk over to the the cashier and then it was about 15 to the 20 minutes before he even acknowledged me and that was as if I was completely ruining his day. I asked him to check the type that my motorcycle needed, he never looked it up. He acted like there was a hundred people and there was only 3 customers and 1 was me. I was not rude and I just went and looked it up on the book in the battery isle and I ended up buying the wrong battery. I bought a new Bell helmet and the battery and 2 skull coolers, to wear under my helmet. I asked for a heavier plastic bag or if he could put my stuff in to 2 bags because I was riding a motorcycle and I didn't want a 45 pound battery ripping the bag and hitting the ground and the girl leaned her head closer and said something about the battery needs to be filled with acid and charged and she just turned her back to me so I put my battery into the box that the helmet came in and strapped it on my bike. She hadn't said a word to me since I got to the store and when she said about the acid and charge it was like she was giving the guy permission to tell. Very sad that I will always feel as if she couldn't stand the fact that I was in her store. Carey D Mead 61 years old and she treated me like I was nothing.
