"Love the concept but the terrible low counter and circular design doesn't work in a busy store. Your staff is bent over having a difficult time operating the computer. Their backs are to customer who can be doing who knows what. When it's busy people have to stand all over and your staff is forced to be scrambling all the time. Nice idea the circular check out but at least give it a stand up retail setting with more counter space. It's awkward to put clothing and a helmet the counter etc etc and get through the transaction. Or do you want us to just order on line? "
