"Four of us met at the store . Three from two and three hours away with the fourth from an hour or so .We'd bought four Bilt helmets with DWO-5 comms for our trips we take . We three were paired with one of us having some difficulties and the fourth just getting his helmet . One of your associates was trying to help us and asked if we'd updated the helmets which we hadn't . He took over and we went across the street for lunch . We returned and he was done updating and we understood ( maybe incorrectly ) that he'd also paired them all to each other . When we left I could no longer contact the other two that I'd been able to on the way there . At this point I think we need to start over pairing our communicators and hope for the best . I know your employee worked hard at it and he wouldn't accept the tip we offered him . That's a good employee !
On a happier note I also bought a pair of Sedici waterproof boots that , while I haven't ridden in them , I like .
I also feel that if we'd have hung around while he was working on our issue we'd have known more about where we stood but that's just my opinion . "
