Non-sale items were mixed in with the items on the closeout racks.
Youth items were mixed in with the ladie's items.
But, the worst of all was that the store was an uncomfortable 80+ degrees.
You can imagine trying on jackets in an already hot store. Very uncomfortable!
We cut our shopping trip short, getting only a jacket and gloves.
When I mentioned the temperature of the store to the cashier, he told me that they don't have control of the store temperature, that it is controlled from Corporate HQ in California!
Being in business myself, I understand trying to save a buck where you can, but this is ridiculous.
Your business will not do well with this type of decision making. "
