"I recently found this store through the internet and was thrilled it was an actual retail outlet. I drove the 30 miles to get there and was immediately greeted as i walked into the store. What's better than a great first impression. I went to look for a helmet and was helped with finding the exact one that fit me and my needs perfectly . What a great, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I also left with a new jacket and have been back two more times for misc. items. Met new staff each visit and could not be happier with the purchases or more impressed by the store selection and great people. I will definitely refer riders there and return often.

"I was sold a Sedici 3/4 helmet with 2 defects - 1) the cheek pad cushion will not stay snapped to the helmet, and 2) the orange piece that the strap is supposed to snap into was missing - so now the strap flaps around in the wind when wearing the helmet. Also the store was not able to provide the box the helmet came in, nor any manual or documents that may have come in the box. It was if they gave me a returned helmet that was just put back on the shelf for sale."

"I called the store to see if they had an item in stock as I live 30 miles away. The woman told me they had 1 left. I explained to her that I couldn't get to the store until the next day and would she be able to set it aside for me. She said certainly there was no problem. When I got to the store the next morning she had the product behind the counter waiting for me. Can't ask for better customer service than that. I always enjoy shopping there."
