"Purchase was Quick and Easy ... if a bit pricey. But beggers couldn't be choosers at that moment. My controller had gone out. It was cold and had another 2 - 3 hours on the bike to go .. depending on traffic.
Bought it, Plugged it in. Worked for about 25 minutes. Turned self off. About 10 minutes later I got it to work again, simply by consistently hitting the buttons. Worked for about 1/2 hour and turned itself off again. Wouldn't turn on again until I got home ... a very cold 1.5 hours later.
Got home. Went back out in the garage about 45 minutes after I got home and it started right up.
Unfortunately I will be returning. I went and bought another First Gear Heat troller for $39. A full $20 less then what I paid for the digital, occasionally working unit from Cycle Gear. "
