"The people at the store were very gentle and helped a lot, but the products at the store were not what I was looking for.

I am from Argentina and wanted to invest some money in products I've seen in the website from brands as Scorpion, Icon, Bell, Dainese but only found some products from Sedici, Bilt and only a very few selection of main brands products. That was very disappointing for me.

In my opinion as stores don't carry a huge selection of main brands you should add the in store pick up to improve customer experience.

Went back to Cycle Gear and with no problem they replaced the tire for free just like they promised. I'll never go anywhere else for tires or accessories. Thank y'all. "
