"All of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, on 3 separate occasions I spent about $600 + on 2 visits did some window shopping for parts, supplies, and gear. On my last visit picked up an ordered item, but what a difference. I was treated like an after-thought. I also bought an expensive helmet. I think the younger staff is looking to please and the older staff is perhaps burned out?

The staff was not even that busy on my last visit. I always try brick and mortar stores first to help the local shops, & the difference between a brick and mortar getting repeat business, and me going to Amazon is based upon your staff's attitude, & you guys need a behavior fix. I could have window shopped and bought the helmet online and skipped the high California tax........"
