"Honestly, I’m not one to write reviews. But this last experience really rubbed me the wrong way...
I had gone to the store on my bike to purchase a wind guard for my Bell full face helmet with my girlfriend. I wasn’t entirely sure how to replace it from the current one I had on, I asked her if she knew how to replace them. With respect she said “not entirely but I’m sure I can figure it out”. After a few minutes of messing with it she promptly gave up and said a more experienced worker would return shortly. Within that time I was waiting, I decided to try myself to replace it, wrong move. I ended up breaking the ratchet that allowed the wind guard to move the shield up and down. Though the girl was not the one who broke the helmet, I would’ve respected an honest answer like “I’m sorry I’m not experienced enough yet to replace the wind guard for you”. That being said, I would’ve gone home and ultimately looking up a video on how to do it rather than taking matters into my own hands while waiting for another worker to return to the store. By the time the other worker had gone back, he was informed about the incident, chuckled, and proceeded to tell me they sell replacement ratchets if I’d like to buy one. It almost felt like a slap in the face, asking for more money when in the end it was the lack of employee product knowledge that caused me to break my helmet.
Concluding, the customer service aspect and training of employees of the store needs some attention. Having an extensive experience in customer service, I expected more training to have been done by management to avoid further problems like these.
I will NOT be returning to the store, my family and I have been purchasing parts for my dirt bikes from this store since i was a child. I expected more."

"Service has usually been good, unless it's peak hours, but that's given with any storefront. Typically greeted and asked if I need help finding anything the moment I walk through the door. Store is organized and clean, and relatively well stocked, even if it is mostly their house items. It would be nice to see some of the more specialty/popular items displayed in the store, even if I have to special order it. Having hands-on with certain items helps the decision making at times, especially with how mostly everything is online ordering nowadays. Sales folk I've interacted with are knowledgeable. I'm usually in and out with the items I need in less than 10 minutes, unless I'm browsing. It's great having the store just down the street."
