"I walked in with minimal expectation, as the last time I walked into a Cycle Gear was around 2004. I walked into this location and the staff greeted me and proceeded to help me with what I was looking for. I don't know about all the new technologies infused into the new gear, nor did I specifically ask, but they helped me look for exactly what I needed and didn't try to up-sell me to get something I didn't need. Great experience and will most likely visit again once I get caught up with all the new gear."
