"On 1/17/21 I had a rear tire replaced on 1 of our dirt bikes. When I picked it up I noticed that the tire was put on backwards. Instead of immediately fixing the problem I was told that " some times we put them on backwards for better traction".
So before I could tell the salesman that he's full of crap, another customer started yelling at him for another issue. I waited 20 minutes and the tire was put on correctly. I also have had 2 other tires repaired (front tubes replaced) since then, at least I paid to get them replaced. When we picked up the front tires (2 separate times) the tubes were not replaced. The tire was just cleaned up and I got a call to come pick up the tire. The 2nd front tube replacement, I had marked with a sharpie and took a picture, Same crap happened. I do have receipts with dates. My family loves the convenience of shopping for new gear and tires at Cycle Gear. But we will never take our bike tires in their for repair or replacement.

"Just about every time I drop in for something, they have it. Gloves, jackets, bags, oil, tires, electronics, electrical, they have a great selection. If they don't have it, you can get it shipped to the store in a day or two. They do tire changes if you bring in your wheels. I don't know if they will install tires that you didn't purchase from CG."
