"I own four motorcycles, three ATV's and have three separate riders living in my household. As you can imagine, I tend to purchase a lot of motorcycle riding items. Cycle gear has always been a big part of my retail purchases, primarily based on the much discounted prices. Unfortunately prices seem to be creeping up towards other large retailers. Customer service, which has always been low, noticeably continues to get worse. Nearly every in-store purchase I make which consists of multiple items always involves catching pricing mistakes by store staff and a genuine lack of product knowledge. I don't know if this is due to high turnover rate amongst employees, or poor training by store leadership? Unfortunately I fear employees dishonesty plays a role in this at times, given the sheer number of times this has happened to me. Did I find the products I wanted, Yes. Were they at least a little cheaper than other retailers, Yes... but I fear for the future of this otherwise great company, and loyal customer base who may or may not continue to support it. "
