"Went to Cyclegear to complain about busted zippers on wife’s Bilt leather jacket (liner wouldn’t zip in). Discovered we were out of warranty by a few weeks but the salesman was able to zip the liner back in. Pocket zippers still don’t work, but wife will be warm this winter! Also bought some new gloves and salesman forgot to remove the theft-thingie. Called when we got home and got instructions to use pliers and break it off. Works!"

"I was buying off of eBay and Amazon and was tired of waiting and getting the wrong items for my M50 motor cycle. Every Sales person I've met has been great to help me with what I was needing. They do stand behind their products they sell and take as much time with each customer as needed. I live south near Casa Grand about an hour drive to Cycle Gear in Mesa and it been worth my trips there. Great place to shop for parts and motorcycle outfits. Next I'm getting them to install my WIFI and Blue tooth purchases.
