"I went in to have my Rear wheel balanced off my Harley Softail. I showed up with the new tire already on the wheel and just needed them to balance it. It took them 50 minutes while I waited. They said it would take about 15-20 min. I was good with that if that was the case. There was no other customers waiting on tires, I just think it took to much time. They should have told me to come back later. Disappointed "
