"I ordered a pair of boots, and brake pads. I actually "reserved" them online and received email confirmations for when I both reserved them and when they were ready. I pulled up and Moses (one of there star employees!) met me curbside for the pickup. However, what wasn't fun was having to wait literally 20 minutes for my turn as a very annoying and cantankerous shopper (who pulled into the lot about 30 seconds before me and beat me to the door) was being kinda not cool with them. He had them **** complaining about a price discrepancy or something. I don't have all the details and it's not my place to defend anyone, and since we needed to maintain 6' there really is only one customer at a time that can be served curb-side, it was a big pain. Moses finally came outside to get my credit card, confirm my order, and hand me the goods. When I left that customer was STILL there making it all about him. So it clearly wasn't CG's fault. Anyway, I am and still will continue to be a happy CG customer!"
