Amazing girl.

"There was a young lady with tattoos working there that helped me find the motorcycle front stand I needed. She was extremely helpful, knew all about the parts I needed, and gave me a ton on confidence that I was getting the parts i needed. She was as also very charming which was just icing on the cake. Good stuff, great service

"Cycle gear is pretty convenient for me and, while they do get busy sometimes, the staff there hustles. I've had great interactions with Rascal, especially when shopping for a helmet, and Ben used to have the same bike I have now, so he's a good resource for info. The Cyclegear website is good too. It's great to have a whole package deal of online shopping/resources and a brick-and-mortar store for support. I dig."

"I needed a new helmet and the associate saved me a lot of time by showing me the ones best suited for my needs. Taking into account all of my requirements including style, safety and price, she let me take as much time as I needed to decide. I was informed of the sales and discounts that were in effect and I paid less than most online retailers were charging. I will certainly return."

Please mask up properly!

"I’ve been in a few times lately since I just got a new bike. Employees don’t greet me when I walk in and don’t offer much help. It seems like a lack of training and understaffing. You can wander around quite a bit before they say anything if at all. Matt needs a mask that fits, what he wears hangs off his chin and doesn’t cover his nose and barely his mouth, it makes me uncomfortable every time I go in. Observed him helping someone try to find dot 5 brake fluid, he thought they were out so the customer walked out to his car. Matt then found it but was too lazy to walk outside and tell the customer before they drove off. I’ve spent likely $400-$500 in this store over the past year but I’m looking for somewhere else to shop at this point."

No receipt? No service.

"I have been shopping this store since before it was a Cycle Gear, all the way back to the Rose City Cycle days. I have dealt with Matt, the store manager for over twenty years but even still, I don't have a receipt for a tire I purchased so I'm just SOL.
I bought a tire for my bike in February 2019, had it mounted and balanced and purchased the road hazard coverage. I recently got a flat (small nail) and took the tire and wheel in to have it repaired/replaced. I didn't have my receipt but they take all your info and put in in the computer so I figured no big deal but I was wrong. I had proof via my bank statement that I made the purchase, among the dozens of Cycle Gear transactions, but still no dice. Their system doesn't show any of the tires I've purchased from them. WTF? really? Ended up having to lay out another $310 for a new tire as I was a week away from a trip. Looks like that might be the last money I ever lay down at a Cycle Gear if that's the kind of customer service I get, especially since I've dealt primarily with the same guy that entire time. I did learn a lesson though, digitized the crappy laser receipt immediately this time since they're pretty much unreadable in a week. Makes it hard to support brick and mortar local stores when I can get stuff online cheaper.

"My local store was pretty busy and I needed to find some riding pants for my young daughter. The employee who helped me, truly listened to what our needs were and showed us our options with out any pressure. He even grabbed the perfect size first shot. A great experience. "
