"Chris spent quite a bit of time with me explaining my options in boots and then we special ordered a pair in the size we thought I would need. The boots came in and were just a bit too large. I wound up going with a more expensive boot because it was in stock and fit correctly but Chris was more than happy to send the original boots back and get me the next size smaller. He was also very clear that I could take the new boots and test them for 30 days to make sure they were the ones...ride in them, walk in them, 30 days regardless. I wore my new Alpinestars to the Long Beach Grand Prix and then to the Dodger game, putting nearly 150 miles on my Ducati in the process. Totally comfortable all day. Cycle Gear won't be getting these boots back but it was a great peace of mind to know if they didn't work out, I could get a different pair. Thanks Chris!"

"The staff was very helpful and nice. They knew where everything was that I needed. They have a lot of riding gear and basic motorcycling stuff (oil, tools, some aftermarket parts). I don’t know if they can order specific oem parts. It’s a bit expensive but nice to have an actual shop in my area. It’s nice to see they can mount and balance tires too"
