"I stopped in to pick-up brake fluid.

I walked in she greeted me and asked me what brought me in to the store.
She walked with me over to the shelf, grabbed the items and met me at the counter. She acknowledged two other customers as I made my way to the register, it wasn’t that far. She recognized the need of the other customers, answered their question and was right behind me as I got to the counter. There were questions form one of the staff during this as well.
Never once did anyone feel they were less important and she never skipped a beat in our conversation
I highly recommend visiting this store and buying what you need from them.
If your a business owner, you might want to send some of your customer service reps in to buy something and have them observe how they treat their customers.

"Bought a dual set of Cardo Bolt , that did not work with my ADV helmet because of excessive wind noise which was confirmed by store staff.
The store installed both coms in both helmets, I did a 10 mile trial run for testing and went back to the store for a refund which was refused and told that a “store credit “ is the best they could do ,‘company-policy’ I was told.
I told the clerk that I just bought $200- boots the week prior from them and want my Cardo Bolt coms $436.33 dollars back in the form of a refund , NOT a store credit.
I was told told and received only a ‘Store Credit’ and I’m not happy.
Creating a loyal long term customer base means taking care of your customers an make sure they are happy.
I sincerely hope you will reconsider the ‘store credit’ and send me a refund check in the mail for $436.33

Add in cleaning protocols for each and every bucket I tried and I can't commend him enough on his professionalism and patience. The same went for my experience with trying on boots and another gentleman helped me while I looked at jackets (did not catch his name, but California tatted on his forearm). Great dudes and I told them both that I appreciated how they treated me and that I will be back to order and purchase my gear in person. Cycle Gear San Marcos had literally everything I've been looking at online and at even better prices. If this is SOP for Cycle Gear, you have a new loyal customer. "

"The sales person who helped me was nice and tried to genuinely help, (five stars for him, unfortunately I don’t recall his name) however there was another sales individual with very rude and condescending attitude towards me for asking questions about products and not making my decisions as quickly as he or she would like it to be, was acting as if bothered and doing me a favor for pretending to help me. I have spent a lot of money at this store over the last ten years and never seen anyone treat me at your stores as rude as this sales individual. ( I got the same treatment again when I came back to return the item because it didn’t fit properly ) I try to support local brick and mortar business and keep our local population employed, especially during this hard times. Perhaps the crew needs to be reminded of; customers can buy online or elsewhere rather than be mistreated, if so your employees wouldn’t have a job. I can choose not to return to shop at your store, however I think this incident was the exception. I don’t expect to be pampered but I do expect professionalism. "
