"I reserved a BiLT helmet online, and was notified when it arrived in-store. Brandon immediately located the item, and I was able to try it on and compare its fit with other sizes. I purchased the helmet, and after one ride, determined it wasn't the best option for me.
A week later, I returned the item hassle-free!

Not employee fault but managements’.
Received product ( 1liter metal can ) which was severely dented.
The most appalling thing is that the cardboard box was in great shape but the can was severely damaged, this means that the damaged can was actually packaged & shipped this way , NOT damaged during shipping to my house.
I have all pictures to prove this.
In closing, very disappointed and would expect a new free-of-charge can of oil send to my house but it probably won’t happen.

"I went to Cycle Gear for a chain. I ended up with less chain for more money this time due to 'help' from the salesperson. Normally, I just 'go to Cycle Gear'. That won't happen anymore. I have vowed after this latest sale not to trust Cycle Gear or the salespeople. I am going back to RevZilla which is where I shopped when I first bought my latest motorcycle. At least I am not going to have some salesperson handing me a chain that I really didn't want."
