"I choose Cycle Gear because as a female rider I get ignored at the other shops. Cycle Gear always gives me equal treatment and never heard a misogynistic word out of any staff in any city. They are always helpful, and if they don't know, they look up the answer. They have what I need, great sales, and good online customer service. "

"I needed to pretty much get the whole gear ensemble - lid, jacket, gloves, comms. The store was a confusing array of everything under the sun (to my eyes anyways) but the lady assisting me knew exactly where to go to find the gear I needed. She knew her stuff, and was happy to go through options on everything to make sure it fit me, my needs, and as comfortable.

She didn't try to push a brand, or a high sticker price - she was determined that I'd leave with the right gear for me, regardless of brand or price.

When it came to comms, she helped me pick something that had what I *needed* with minimal stuff I didn't, and then went and installed it on my new lid for free
