"Had a pair of riding boots for about 9 months, (Loved them) but notice a section around the sole was starting to de-laminate, took them to the (Tacoma) store they looked at them and said that theywere indeed a defective pair. They then looked up my sales receipt from when i purchased and grabbed me a new pair from the back and I was on my way. So simple and hassle free, I will not shop anywhere else for gear!

"Cycle gear Tacoma has always treated us well. They will go out of their way to satisfy, and have done so ordering my wife multiple sizes of pants. They also stand behind their Bilt and Sedici gear with regard to warrenty replacement. I don’t use their Bilt gear, but the Sedici stuff(their Euro style house brand) has been good to me, and they have a 2 year warrenty."

"I purchased a set of tail light signals. I installed on my atv with a street legal kit I purchased. After a month I noticed that one was blown. After inspection I became aware that you cannot replace the bulb. It was not LED. I will was forced to purchase more or replace both. I opted to by another set. I wish there was some kind of warranty, but I didn’t complain. Short of ordering online, it was faster for me to replace. Service was good despite this complaint."
