"I purchased a Shoei helmet which was a display model and my first Shoei. I bought it but I was given only a fabric bag for it. A few days later I downloaded the owner's manual for it and and discovered that I was missing several accessories for the helmet that was supposed to be included with it. I was out of town for two weeks and went back to Cyclegear when I returned to town. I simply explained what happened and that I did not get the accessories with the helmet. The staff promptly gathered up the proper accessories and corrected the situation on the spot. The staff is attentive and provides great customer service."
