"I bought the large, two ended spanner wrench to use for shocks on a H.D Street model. I asked the sales person if they think it fits my bike and he said "it has the smaller end for smaller shock's"
It's not even close. "

"I was going to get a safe but less expensive helmet. Associate was very knowledgeable about specifics of many helmet types. Associate got me to spend $350 more than I had planned without being slick or pushy. I have no regrets about the upsell. Great helmet and great associate."
"The manager offered to stay a little late to help me replace my dirt bike tire. It’s these little things that make me go back."
"Great customer service! Great product!"
"Cycle Gear in Tucson carries an interesting product line. Whereas the other motorcycle dealers and parts suppliers have to order most of what I have wanted, like a faceshield and tire plug kit, CG had them in stock. As I hate purchasing stuff unseen off of the Internet, it was a nice change to be able to see and handle a product before buying it.
And generally, their prices are pretty good. Although some items were slightly more expensive than other places, one can rely on either a competitive price or a better price.
My only 2 "gripes" are their email policies and some of their "special deals." If you are convinced to give them your email address, be prepared to be in undated with ads (sometimes more than 1 a day). You can reduce this by accepting only their weekly ads, but I chose to cancel the email. And I was interested in a tire plugging kit (Dynaplug) which was grossly overpriced, but was reduced by half, but only if I bought $20 more in additional items. I hate those complex advertisement deals.
Of all the motorcycle shops in Tucson, I find CG to be the most enjoyable to visit."
"The personnel there was friendly and helpful, they showed me several items that I was interested in buying and explained me each one with their pros and cons."
