"I show up bike in truck after driving from.bisbee ( 100 miles away) and get told I have to remove the tire. So if I could have been told that befor driving 100 miles I would have removed the tire with out ever loading up the bike I then get told they do not have any tools but a cresemt wrench so I iuse the wrench and the 2 tools of my.own got the tire off then replaced had to re assemble and then drive 100 miles with a crooked tire to Phoenix "
