I needed a helmet and Cycle Gear was my first choice since they have a large selection of several brands. I walked out with the helmet I wanted, in my size and color choice. "There has never been an instance me being treated poorly. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Returns are promptly taken care of, and the shop looks as good as if I myself would run it. The only issue I have with cycle gear in general is that some products are not available, like the latest dainese jackets for instance. Overall I am very satisfied. I always go to the store located on Stone Av. before anywhere else. "
