"Cyebye seemed to have suffered from delayed supply of the item I ordered -- it was originally due "at the end of August" (when I placed my order) but slipped, and slipped, and slipped.
There was zero communication from them about this until I finally chased them up via Yahoo Shopping (no responses received to detailed emails sent directly to Cyebye's contact information).
I eventually got a reply from "Levi" at a non-Cyebye email address saying the order was delayed and might be shipped "next week". That was the best ETA I ever got.
Yesterday I found that my credit card had been debited on Sept 28 (though the order didn't show as "shipped" on their site and no shipping information email had been sent). When sent an email I querying this, I *finally* got a "shipping" email and a FedEx tracking number. The order still shows as only "placed" on their site...
The goods HAVE arrived, but I honestly cannot recommend this retailer. Their lowish prices hide an inability or unwillingness to communicate and supply adequately, and I dread to think what will happen if the goods prove to be defective, requiring return.

So I ordered a vacuum on the 25th and surprise! It came today, the 28th. We already vacummed the living room and we are also very pleased with the product, a Hoover. "I bought an air purifier, and it took them about two weeks to ship the item. In addition, there was only one person, Levi, who was the person I would converse with and he would never respond to my emails.
In addition, I was overcharged by $20 and had to call in to make sure they refunded my money.
On top of that, the light bulb inside the purifier got loose, and when I told Levi, he stated that if there is any problems in the future, he would take care of it.
Beside being over charged, the difficulty in communicating with their company (lack of emails), I did get a really good deal. So I would recommend them if you don't mind the wait.

I have not yet received the refund for them over charging me and Levi won't return any of my calls or emails. I am simply going to go through my Credit Card company to refund me the overcharge. I will NEVER deal with this company again."
