"I was searching for an older style of Smart Media card and found them in limited quantity on the d-store website. I crossed my finger and order three, but the following morning got an e-mail saying the cards were now out of stock. I figured at least the d-store had been honest about having a limited quantity before I ordered.
Two days later a personal e-mail from Pete at the d-store came letting me know that someone had returned three of the same cards and asked if I still wanted them. These particular cards are hard to find so I said yes.
My order arrived quickly, the cards were still factory wrapped and they worked great. Thank you, Pete, for such great service and caring about the needs of your customers. You’ve earned my business."
"This item was ordered on Thursday August 28 after 2PM. I was billed for UPS Next Day Air Early AM, at a cost of $57.78. The item was shipped on Friday and will not be delivered until Tuesday Sept. 2. Part of the delay was due to the Labor day holiday. They would have been better off shipping regular UPS and it probably would hve been delivered either Tues or Wed. at a cost of less than 25% of what I paid. I feel like I was ripped off paying for a service I did not redeive. The company should have advised me before they shipped it out. Barry Leif"

"I was leary about ordering because the item was at least $70 cheaper than everyone else. I placed the order, received confirmation, was notified when it was shipped and was received within the shipping window as ordered. I will not hesitate to send another order their way in the future. "
"I've ordered twice from them and generally they were good experiences. But, the first order had 1 item backordered (qty of 2). They did not meet their expected date to fill the backorder and did not notify me of such. An inquiry gave me a quick response but no firm date. When I finally received the backorder there was only 1 of the item (I ordered 2) and I'm not sure if they'll take my word that I only received 1 as the enclosed invoice seems to indicate 2 were shipped. I say seems to indicate because the invoice has all items I ordered with the backorder items highlighted... who knows. Anyway, I'm annoyed because of that, and annoyed that they charged my credit card nearly 2 months ago and the order is still incomplete.
Update 4/3/03: After notifying them that they had only shipped one item when I had ordered two, they quickly said they would take care of it and I received the second item yesterday. My faith is restored and I would do business with this reseller again... provided the items are in stock!"

The camera had the battery installed and a 48 meg card in it with pictures of the store. They shipped me a demo. Called up customer support and they said that all they can do it give me a $20 credit or have me send the camera back for a new one. This blows but I guess it happens."
