"Do not order dresses or anything else on this website!Have to disadvise!I ordered a dress and I got it but with an enormous colour variation which was absolutely not acceptable. After they promised me I will get a partial payback I ravish myself to buy the dress again in another colour but I needed it on a special date. They also promised me they can send it without problems to this day-the result was that I got this dress one week to late because they give it to late to the parcel service!I have the evidence for that because I investigated.
Now it´s 2 Month after that disaster and I have no partial payback instead of a daily contact which is nerve-wracking and they always hold me back.
They also have not trustworthy company details.

IMPORTANT: There are a lot other websites with also beautiful dresses-don´t offer or buy on this website if you don´t want to lose money, time and be disappointed."

I immediately contacted customer service and they got back to me rather quickly and said the change was able to be made. The time it said it would take to process it came sooner and I paid extra for faster shipping and I received the order way faster than I expected. The dress was made well and the fit was larger because I ordered larger. I could've ordered the right size and it would of been okay.
