"probably a basic genotype. Not a Full WGS. The reports took 4 months and are basic and they encourage you to buy more from their partners at sequencing.com, which is all garbage. Just upselling made up analysis. The VCF uses the reference genome HR19, not HR38(came out in 2013, not recent by any means). Prometheus came back with only 16k entries, very low for any WGS. Only 39 in Clinvar. Prometheus (per their SNpedia site) gets 53K snps from an ancestry.com genotype! After weeks of emailing them they offered to sell me a bam file for $60, but since i'm guessing it's not a WGS, i'll pass.

Any positive review out there is from someone who got the kit free and thus probably got a proper WGS done, or make money off the affiliate click. I was duped by it. "
