"I ordered a skin on a monday, paid 20 bucks for next day shipping. 24 hours went by and the items still wasn't shipped. I sent an email to the customer service asking about it, saying that i wanted a refund seeing as how i spent 20 bucks and they didn't deliver when they said they would.
They wrote back explaining that it was a canadian holiday when i ordered. Fine, no problem, but there were no messages on the site stating that it was a holiday and as an american how in the hell would i know about canadian holidays? why would i keep track of that?
I asked for my refund again because i paid for the next day shipping and didn't get it, having literally no idea there was a holiday. they should've posted something on their site. I would've even accepted half of the shipping costs back. i didn't get what i paid for point blank period.
they responded back one word
'no.'
I responded back quite shocked at what a joke it is that they talk to their customers like that. and that i wanted a manager, the manager responded back with no helpful advice. not understanding my concern. and then told me this:

i would NEVER buy from these jerks again, and i'll make sure to tell everyone I know that it's just a bunch of ****'s ripping people off and talking to people like their stupid.
