"This business will try to rip you off. They also switch and bate people saying products are real leather when they are fake leather. I emailed them to say I was not happy with the misleading ad and felt they should pay for return shipping. The declined and said where to mail products back for a refund. I made sure I had tracking and knew their product made it back. I emailed them twice a week for a month no replies and is the only way you can talk with this business. I let them know if I didn't hear back by 48 hours I would file a complaint with PayPal for a refund which I did. The seller again did not reply and with my information of return I was refunded back funds. Minus shipping both ways and being Canadian out money on the exchange. My fault I could have claimed more and would have been refunded through PayPal which would have forced them to pay. AVOID this business or supporting a bad business who is willing to steal from their buyers.
