"After reading the other review here, I was leary about ordering. But I did order a couple tubes for my amp, after reading online that older tubes would make my guitar amp sound better. $-5 days went by after ordering and there was no update on customer service link, I started to get nervous and sent in an email asking if they would update the link once the order had shipped. The next day there was a reply whihc read " The order shipped April 30th, thanks for your order". The very next day I was pleased to see the package in the mail (May 7th). Considering the long distance it was sent the timing of the delivery was spot on. Now the tubes, I plugged the 12ax7 in my amp, no sound (I was worried all my fears about ordering online were coming true) but then realized I did not have speaker chord plugged in,,,,oops The tubes delivered what I expected, vintage sound, great crunch, and better tones and phonics (for lack of a better word) nice bites and squeels. I would give the whole experience a thumbs up!!!"
