So I contacted Saun who was supposed to be customer service, he said they should be there within the week. They never came. Contacted again and again and received no response. This was 8 months ago. I am really disapointed that I never received the earphones but more the fact I don't know how to take any recourse against the company. "

"I completely agree with the last review. I paid $44 for a pair of Ray Bans in June on their site. They sent a voucher, which I tried to use on the directed website. I contacted the other website and they said they have no record of my voucher authorized to purchase the product and asked me to contact DealGrind. Dealgrind did not reply to any of my emails.
Summary: paid for product online, no product received, no communication from seller.
Verdict: No option but to say this is a fraud/scam.

They gave me a voucher number that the company told me was invalid, then did not answer my emails or phone calls. This site should be shut down.
