"I ordered a vacuum on dealsCube May 1st. When my item was never shipped, contacting my credit card company was the only resolution dealsCube support staff had. It's now June 26th, and I've barely gotten my money refunded by my bank. I had to complete the process myself, so if you're thinking shopping on this site will be like Amazon or Ebay where things are monitored, they're not. You'll be on your own to get money refunded if something goes wrong. When I initially was looking to purchase from the seller there were several great reviews and lots of items indicating a reliable seller. About a week ago, I noticed all of the feedback and his items had been removed. Only after I contacted dealsCube did they let me know he had been suspended. No effort by the site to contact customers with existing unfulfilled orders and let them know there was an issue with the vendor. Won't ever go on the site again."

"I am quite certain a lot of these good reviews (esp. the ones that just say "they are good!") are written by dealcube, because the truth is far from it.

Most of the stuff they are selling are not in their actual inventory, and they try to get it as they get the orders in, which is why there are so many reviews that say they are slow in fulfilling their orders. The problem is when they can't get the products in stock, they change/delay the ship date without telling you, so you are left waiting for your product in the dark. Only when you ask for the status, they will come out and say that it is delayed, which will eventually be delayed again and again without you being notified.

After having waited two months for my order, and having to ask three times only to find out past the promised the ship date, that it is again delayed, I canceled my order and decided to never go with this joke of a business.

Only if you can wait a long time with the probability of your order being canceled, do business with these guys, because you will never know what's easy for them to actually get their hands on to forward it to you."

"I purchased 2 hard drives on Dealscube because the price was very good, plus I was getting a $20 gift card for it. I made the purchase on April 17th and the order was expected to be delivered between May 1 and May 17th. Since I had a deadline for which I needed the drives on May 28th. The seller, bdeals, extended the "estimated" delivery date of May 17th to a SHIP date of May 25th, and shipping could take between 3 to 8 business days. Ridiculous. I went out and bought a smaller drive so I can meet the other deadlines I had. Finally, when I heard nothing from the seller, I asked him/her to cancel the order. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Dealscube, even if you're going to save $20-30 off your order and get a $20 gift card. It isn't worth having and unreliable source that may not even ship the product after over a month's wait or may send a fake product for all we know."

"I ordered a vacuum on DealsCube on 4/9/17. On 4/10 I got an email saying they had received my payment and I would get my order from 4/23 to 5/9 and that I would get a shipping confirmation once it shipped. Well, on 5/6 I emailed the seller, asking what was happening as I'd not gotten a shipping notice and the latest it should arrive was in three days (2 really, the 6th was a Saturday). Got an email back 5/8 saying they were preparing my order for shipment and I would receive it within 5 to 8 business days. It finally delivered on the 18th, 9 days after the initial date I was given for latest shipping and a full month after paying for my item."

I was told my product would deliver two different times, it took over a month for me to get my product, and only after stating I would continue writing bad reviews did I get an email response from the dealer stating the product was in high demand. They could have told me that before I contacted them then maybe I would have contributed to be patient, but they fail to communicate and keep me informed with the status and delay, poor communication is not good customer service.
