"I ordered a digital camera over a week ago, the next day, I got an email from a person named Jerry to call him. I called him for him to try to sell me a battery for my camera. I said no thank you all I would like is my confirmation number and tracking number. He said that he would email it to me the next day. But, that did not happen so, I called they said sorry the camera is not in stock it will be this afternoon and we will ship it right out when it arrives. I called again the next day, to see if they shipped it out and they said that it was in the warehouse being processed and I said when will it be shipped they said at the latest tomorrow. I replied, I asked for a tracking number sent to me and again they said okay. But, they did not send anything. I waited a few days to call them and they said they shipped it and I asked for a tracking number and they said give us 24 hours and I told them that is what you been saying for over a week. Then I called yesterday and they said sorry we do not have that camera in stock and that UPS lost the shipment and I said please refund my money. Total scam business and I am still awaiting my refund. Avoid this place at all cost, they lie try to upsale you, put you on hold an hope you hang up and then blame the process on UPS. "
