"This was a scam. II later heard on NPR about companies doing this bait-and-switch.) I was invited to try a sample and found myself with three shipments of the face cream before I had even tried the first one. Was told I had SUBSCRIBED for monthly deliveries, but never did see that on the web site. When I tried to discontinue by phone, was told I could not do so yet, but MUST do so before September 31.
This shameless policy will not inspire me to continue my (involuntary) subscription."
