"I'm on my third speaker order with these guys, no issues so far. First order was Jan 2018 for two Klipsch R-3800-W-II in wall speakers, shipping was about 9 days but the price was $100 less than amazon. About a month later I wanted a second pair but this time R-5800's, their website no longer showed it. I sent an email asking, they said the model was discontinued (true) but they could sell me two. Logged in a day later and the model was available, again almost $100 less than anywhere else, so I ordered two more speakers.... arrived in under a week.
Now I Just ordered the big one - Martin Logan Dynamo 1500X subwoofer in piano black, for $1,499. Big money on the line but based on orders to date, I don't expect problems. The negative feedback from people that haven't ordered makes no sense. The speakers I've gotten were new in-box product, and sound like it. I'll send an update when this order finishes, in the mean time, my experiences to date have all been excellent.
03/31/18 update... the 1500X subwoofer arrived last week. Carefully inspected it, found a 100% new and unopened unit that's been operating the last few days perfectly. I don't know how these guys do it, but I'm a committed customer given how well these purchases worked out. I barely write reviews but felt I should weigh-in, given the money saved."

"I placed,an order at approximately 10:30am. I paid over $100.00 for 2 day shipping. At approximately 10:45 am the order was confirmed. At approximately 10pm I was informed the item was not in stock. At approximately 10:15pm I was notified I would receive a partial refund. I then sent a message inquiring why only a partial refund and then received a full refund. They obviously don't have an inventory system. I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon. These amateurs caused me to miss an important deadkine."
