Buyer beware!!!

"I purchased a $1500 ring almost 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. Nobody will respond to my emails and their "customer service" phone number goes to a VOICEMAIL box that says it is full and can not receive messages at this time... What the hell is that???? Your customer service is going to someone's cell phone??? Really???!!! Never again will I do business with this company and am curious to see whether or not I actually receive my merchandise or not..."
