I called and was told they shipped my extra pieces two days earlier, later to find out they shipped it the day after I made the followup call. I returned My lens for exchange and they have not returned it yet a month later. they said they sent it but I have not seen it. I've asked to get the tracking number and they said they would email it but they have not.
ALL they want is a 5 star rating. so be careful of the 5 star ratings that are here on this site.
I am waiting for them to email me to solve this problem.
As of 9/25/12 they have not returned my email about a 2x lens that does not fit the lens I bought from them. they said they will change it out of the goodness of their hearts if I give them a 5 star rating. But I Have a 5 year warrentee that they have not responded to me about. I just bought this camera and lenses less than 90 days ago.

I ordered a T3i and a couple of lenses and the rest of the stuff to get a complete kit.
I wanted a Canon lens but got a sigma instead.
I was sent the wrong filters and they got the right ones out to me right away.
then I found that I could not use the Sigma lens for the underwater casing I ordered the camera for and was trying to get one that would work and the costomer service guy was really rude. I got a exchange number and was going to send it back in but the lens the costomer service was trying to get me to buy I was not sure that lens was going to work.

I was told that the 18-135 lens that was cheaper would not work so I was sold the more expensive one and was garenteed that IT WOULD WORK and was exactly the same.
