"I had such a bad experience with the customer service of Digitec. Once you bought your phone, they don't care at all about their customers. They will try everything to say it is your fault and the warranty does not apply to any matter.
I highly recommend to avoid buying anything with Digitec to avoid wasting a lot of time and talking with rude people.
