"I called up Dine Rewards to ask the question why my restaurant purchase was not recorded ? The customer service representative, Doug tells me that's the restaurant's problem. I said that I ordered it online and Dine Rewards shows how many purchases I had previously made. Why do they correct their system to record online purchases ? Doug proceeded to tell me that's not his job. I have to email the proper department for my problem. I start to ask myself. Is it worth my time to deal with a broken company who Outback Restaurants pay for their system ? It's not worth my time and energy to deal with companies who are broken and not serving their customers' proper needs."
