"Way back I ordered a computer case from these guy no issues. However seem recent order on Acer tablet has gone horribly wrong. I must inform this started with order on my family members card not my own but authorized to me and to the company twice. Item and card holder herself and her bank confirmed and waiting. However missleading information provided by directron cost. ser. lead to order cancelation of first order. Rudeness and refusal to talk to me on excuse of non card holder(and I am putting it in my word so it don't sound rude and hush as directron said it). When finaly new instruction given to authorize the card yet again to place a new order of same darn ACER tablet which later did receive in working condition. Few weeks later not to appligize to me but to show more incompetance and rockie mistake. Say some unamed item is place on RMA and they want the item... to my confusion what item?? I must say nothing driven me to write this much review for a company but customers must know the fact. Make your choice where you choose to shop next time. Still pending on the resolution on the RMA. You see my point...30-50 bucks really...save yourself some unessary trouble from company like directron."

I had an issue with the DVD drive, and my service request on their web site was responded to promptly and a replacement shipped at no cost to me. "Only ordered from here initially for the "in-stock" on a motherboard listed on their website with a strange "Preorder ETA" message next to that. I assumed it was for people who pre-ordered. Other sites were throwing in free extras with this mobo and the price was pretty much the same as those with the extras only you got nothing else here.
Flash-forward a couple days. All other parts arrive at the beginning of the week and an end of the week call to Directron customer service first gets me dropped. After calling back I talk to one person (and when I call a few other times it's the same person...no customer service team?). He's polite but rather frank about the status of my order and when I inform him I didn't want to buy something that will be coming in "eventually" he says that plenty of other people would be happy to have this part and I can cancel your order.
I say I'll wait, but I feel misled by their website at which point he points out that nothing was misleading and seems to dispute me on the "in-stock" statement on their website. Politely I ask if I can at least get an expedited shipment when it does arrive given the fact I ordered on that original pretense. But he dismisses that notion without a second thought and essentially says "sorry, can't help you."
So three days later they finally get the product in and week from then I get my motherboard.
A miserable experience based on a misleading site status. Not shopping there ever again. $25 expedited shipping to help me get my machine ready when needed cost them thousands of dollars in future purchases."
