"Nothing but the best for this transaction. Great price, shipped within 24 hours, arrived within 48 hours, great email notification of status changes, and finally UPS tracking number once shipped. Item came well packed in a strudy box; this was a fairly heavy metal cooler which arrived in perfect condition. All items ordered were included and invoice copy was present in the box. I cannot think of a better experience, other than one other store where I ordered 9am day one and the item was on my doorstep by 10am day 2 under "budget" shipping. This comes close, and I can only highly recommend Directron based on price, availability, and "delivery" of service (and product)! The only concern I had was calling support for a change in my order. Phone wait times were a little long; over 10 minutes. This was during the day. I decided to not cheange my order after haning on the phone for a bit ( while I did research), so i never completed any customer service interaction and cannot report on that."

"I recently ordered a Mushkin USB flash drive that has been out of stock at many online sites. The directron website stated this item was in stock. After receiving an order confirmation and my credit card being charged, I received a second email stating this item was backordered and unavailable. I emailed them on the spot asking for the order to be canceled and a refund issued to my credit card. I received no response after 5 days and sent a second email. After no response by the end of that day I decided to call them. I was prompted by Troy: "Directron Troy" in a very aggravated voice. Calmly I stated what had happened with my order and was left with silence. I thought I was disconnected so I said Hello. He said "Yes, What". So I again asked to have this order canceled and my money refunded. His response was "Canceled" and then more silence. I had to ask him about the refund and he said "Cancel and Refund" with more silence. I am not very confident that this person was going to do what I asked. The automated system that originally took my order worked well, but this company is not very friendly over the phone. I only hope my refund is processed anytime soon. After solely shopping at another site and receiving nothing but awesome customer service from them, it is a little worrisome that Directron had such poor over the phone customer service. I only am writing this review as a warning to others who may be directed to them. If your item is in stock and ships, it appears everything will go okay, but if something were to go wrong, I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of some serious issue with this company.

Just received a call from Directron Customer Service in response to this review. This person was much friendlier and assured me that he would take care of my refund and talk to the person I spoke with previously. I appreciate the quick response and do feel more confident in this company now."
