"Order placed quickly, also my payment, waited a few days for email on this order - none was received so I called them, first representive stated that one more part of the order had to be picked & then shipped. Next day no shipping email so I called again to Directron, this time, I was told some items were on back order, after representive got back on phone I was told two types of case badges were no longer available so I asked for a refund and received it ! "Every now and then, I have been buying computer parts & accessories from Directron.com because among major competitors, they have the lowest prices. Also, besides the low price - they even have Discount Programs & promotional Free Shipping. Like today, I just purchased an Asus Netbook from them after scouting from one Online Merchant to another (Directron has the lowest price). I wish I could have gotten another 2% discount from this purchase for their Return Customer Discount, but their policy states that the last Order should be within 60 days and my last purchase was made over 60 days.
