"Worst experience on-line in a long time. Ordered and was given a tracking number on Wednesday afternoon with an email that stated if you have a tracking number the package has left their warehouse. So not true. My package did not leave until Monday. I emailed customer service on Friday and they stated it would leave their warehouse that afternoon...again not true. I called and was told it wasn't going to leave until Monday. Asked for compensation (shipping credit?)for their errors and was told there was nothing that could be done. Will never shop there again. Would not recommend you shopping there either."
"I shop at Directron, second only to Newegg because they are local to me and offer local pickup. I can get things quickly and maintain a competitive online price. Even though I do have to pay tax, I do not have to pay for shipping. The staff there is always courteous. "
"As a first time buyer with Directron I have to say that I am impressed with their quick service and more importantly with the way they pack the products for delivery.
I ordered a Kingwin 1000W PSU, NZXT Sentry fan controller, and 4 LED Thermaltake fans. Everything arrived in one box that was filled with foam peanuts. All of the products were in perfect condition.
The order was placed on a Monday and was processed and shipped the same day. Even with the New Year Holiday I received my order on Friday.

Since the power supply had non standard dimensions, I had a harder time finding a replacement. Directron was one of the few "reputable" sites that came up in my search. I also needed a replacement and upgrade power supply for my old HP Pavillion xt966 and this company had a new cheap one. I am very satisfied that I ordered it yesterday, and received it today in less than 24 hours. I'm writing from the computer as we speak. The microATX PSU didn't come with any screws, but didn't need them. Also didn't see any info about screws included anyway so it was all good. Who doesn't need extra standard PC screws eh? :-)

A few site errors from clicking on links and being directed to the wrong page were annoying. Many freebies available to those who look for them. Overall, above average place for cheap PC stuff.
